Recovering from Birth Trauma Group

Help with  working through a difficult birth, alongside others.
Mothers and Babies Support Group

During the first year, many women feel low and struggle with difficult feelings about themselves, their baby or partner.  Research shows that early psychological help can make a real difference.  The group offers help and a chance to learn more about your baby.
Fathers Support Group

Many fathers feel low, left out, at odds with their partner, overwhelmed or insecure in their parenting.  A group to help with these feelings and build your confidence as a father.
From Partners to Parents - A group for Couples

Ante- and post-natal groups to support your relationship through some of the stresses that arise as you move from being a couple to a family, or increase your family.  Help with maintaining intimacy, reducing conflict and understanding your baby's development.
Parenting with Less Conflict Group

High levels of parental conflict affect your children as well as you.  Help in understanding what underlies your conflict and working more constructively together.
We also offer a further range of groups for parents of toddlers, primary school children, adolescents, children leaving home and for those parenting through and after divorce.
